This is a 12k word comedy fic about celestia and Luna participating in the Sisterhooves Social. The concept itself is pretty solid, but unfortunately this fic was kind of a let down for me. Though I honestly can’t tell if it’s just a me thing. It just feels like nothing is quite executed right. Everything seems to happen for dissatisfying and random reasons. All of the characters dialogue and behavior feels off, but not full blown out of character. Like a decent episode from seasons 8 or 9. And none of the humor really lands for me. The composition isn’t bad, it’s the execution and presentation of all the humor. It just doesn’t hit nearly every time. You feel like the story is starting to hit its stride, or that one paragraph or piece of dialogue is funny, but then it just kinda ends up not being that a sentence later. Everything just feels kinda off…
